Paul Simpson, MSW
Paul Simpson Jr. , a dedicated Master Level Therapist with over eight years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. Born and raised in Belle Glade, Florida, I bring a deep understanding of the unique cultural and community dynamics that shape our lives and influence our mental health.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Florida A&M University (FAMU), and went on to complete my Master’s in Social Work at Florida State University. My clinical approach blends evidence-based practices with compassionate care, tailored to meet the needs of each client I work with.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and empowerment. Therapy is not just about managing symptoms, it's about rediscovering your strength and creating a life that feels fulfilling and authentic.
I believe in meeting people where they are, creating a safe, non-judgmental space for growth and self-discovery. Let’s work together to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Kori Andrews, RCSWI
I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and work toward personal growth. I earned both my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida A&M University (FAMU). Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse mental health settings—from community-based programs to correctional facilities—providing individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and behavioral support — walking
alongside people from all walks of life.
My approach to therapy is real, down-to-earth, and rooted in compassion. I believe healing happens in safe spaces where you don’t have to “have it all together” — just come as you are. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, behavioral challenges, or just trying to make sense of where you are in life, we’ll work together to find clarity, build on your strengths, and move toward the version of yourself you want to become.

My experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. I use a mix of approaches depending on what fits you best — whether that’s cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, or just having honest conversations about what’s weighing you down. My job isn’t to “fix” you— it’s to support you, challenge you when needed, and walk with you at your pace.
Therapy is a brave step. If you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.

Xavier Aurelien, BS (Mentor)
As a degreed professional with studies in psychology and social work, I am committed to providing high-quality mentorship by building meaningful, interpersonal connections. Being a young adult allows me to relate closely with younger clients while still maintaining the maturity and insight needed to engage effectively with adult clients of all ages.
I strive to be a strong role model and a supportive, active listener. I gently challenge my mentees' perspectives to help expand their thinking and encourage growth beyond their comfort zones. My goal is to guide mentees toward becoming more self-aware, independent, and prepared for future opportunities—not by giving them all the answers, but by helping them uncover and develop their own voice and way of thinking.

David L. Williams III LCSW, QS
I set my intentions to be a leader for others, specifically those in the at risk community, through the therapeutic alliance that allows for me to guide them towards holistic health and homeostasis. As a s licensed therapist, I enlighten clients about therapeutic skills and techniques that bring internal change and hope for an effective resolve to their circumstances; in turn, they become their own change agent in their personal lives as well as in the lives of others! I am privy to working with those with anxiety, depression, women's issues, workplace stress, adjustment disorder, anger issues, trauma, LGBTQ issues, infidelity & affairs, couples/family counseling, chronic pain/ illnesses , ADHD and more.
I pride myself on working to help achieve holistic health because achieving homeostasis requires balance in the mind, body, and spirit. We simply start by creating an environment where confidentiality is of the highest regards; patience and courage is provided for each individual’s journey/process; implicit biases are dissociated from the therapeutic process.
I deem it important to help create insight, challenge thought patterns/schemas, and provide encouragement to help you nourish a healthy and helpful perspective that pushes you to live the life that you desire to live. Therapy theories used to achieve this mission are, but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Family Structural Therapy, Mindfulness-based Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Please reach out if you are ready to take your next steps!
My mission is to provide the highest quality of care through therapeutic modalities to help guide you to clarity and understanding in life’s most challenging moments. I make a conscious decision to sit with individuals and families in their darkest times, while honoring integrity and confidentiality. As an experienced therapist, I have expertise in mental health, depression, anger management, couple/family therapy and much more. I aim to help you achieve more fulfilling relationships, an increased sense of self, the ability to cope better with life, enjoy increased work productivity and improved adjustment to life’s many transitions.
My work with people is strength-based and client-centered. I provide a nurturing and supportive environment to meet you where you are and identify needs by listening and using your personal strengths along with my professional guidance and experience to help guide therapeutic sessions.
